Polin’s Industrial Line for cracker production is a comprehensive, high-capacity solution capable of delivering output up to 3,000 kg per hour. The system integrates a full suite of equipment starting from dough preparation to final packaging, ensuring consistent product quality and production efficiency. The line includes a selection of industrial mixers, dough feeding systems, and sheeting configurations tailored to various cracker specifications.
The sheeting process can be customized with or without a laminator, depending on the product requirements. A rotary cutter system is incorporated—available in single or dual-roll configurations—along with ancillary equipment such as sugar and salt sprinklers and decorating units. Baking is handled by advanced tunnel ovens, which may be configured as Cyclothermic, Direct Gas Fired (DGF), or a hybrid combination to achieve the desired texture and color of the final product.
Post-baking, the product is transferred to an extended cooling conveyor system that ensures gradual temperature reduction, essential for product integrity. The system concludes with options for stacking (including the penny stacker format) and packaging conveyors, which streamline product handling and preparation for distribution. This full-line approach is engineered to deliver maximum efficiency, consistent product quality, and reduced operational downtime.
