The horizontal mixer with double-sigma arms is specifically engineered for processing stiff doughs that demand high mechanical effort. Its robust design and exceptional versatility make it suitable for a wide range of applications across multiple industries. In the food sector, it is ideal for mixing doughs for hard and soft biscuits, crackers, snacks, and sugar paste. In the chemical sector, it efficiently handles materials such as chalk and colored pencil compounds, modeling clays, plasticine, and similar products.
Equipped with a thermally jacketed mixing bowl, the unit supports both heating and cooling through fluid circulation. The bowl tilts up to 120°, enabling complete discharge of the product directly onto a conveyor belt—eliminating the need for manual tools or wheeled containers, and reducing reliance on auxiliary handling equipment. An optional front/rear bowl opening provides added flexibility, allowing for manual micro-ingredient loading, sample discharge, and easy access for thorough cleaning. This mixer is available in capacities ranging from 200 to 3000 liters.
