This compact mixer features a mixing bowl equipped with either manual or motorized opening and closing mechanisms. Inside the bowl, two sigma-shaped mixing arms rotate at different speeds, enabling efficient mixing. The mixer is specifically designed for use in testing laboratories.
Its versatility and the capability to operate under vacuum make it suitable for producing a wide variety of doughs across multiple industries. Applications range from the food sector—including soft and hard biscuit doughs, crackers, snacks, chewing gum, bubble gum, gum base, and sugar paste—to the chemical industry, such as silicones and rubbers. The mixing bowl’s jacket incorporates two independent circuits: one for circulating cooling fluids like water or glycol, and another heating circuit utilizing diathermic oil and heating elements. This mixer is available in capacities ranging from 1 to 10 liters.
