Sandwich Biscuit Rework

The automated liquid recovery system for sandwich biscuit scraps represents a significant advancement in food processing technology. This innovative system efficiently breaks down biscuit scraps within a stainless steel tank equipped with an agitator, where they are mixed with either oil or water to create a stable emulsion. This emulsion is then dosed directly into a mixer, facilitating the production of additional biscuits.

The system is designed with a hopper for precise dosing of the liquid component, along with provisions for manual loading of biscuit scraps. It encompasses the breaking and emulsification processes within the tank, followed by the conveyance of the emulsion to a liquid hopper for dosing into the mixer. The tank can be configured with heating capabilities or a double-jacketed design, depending on the type of fat or oil utilized. Fully automated with a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a human-machine interface (HMI) screen, the system ensures seamless operation.

Importantly, this liquid recovery system maintains the integrity of food properties, allowing for a fully customized solution that accommodates varying production volumes. This capability makes it an ideal choice for manufacturers seeking to optimize their processes while minimizing waste and enhancing product quality.
