Polin Industrial Line specializes in the design, manufacturing, installation, and provision of technical know-how for soft biscuit production plants with capacities of up to 3,000 kg/h. Each production line is equipped with a range of components, including various types of mixers, dough feeding systems, and a rotary moulder integrated with ancillary equipment such as washover attachments, sugar and crumb sprinklers. The baking process is supported by advanced ovens—cyclothermic, convection, or hybrid—followed by cooling conveyors, double chute or “penny” stackers, and a final packaging conveyor to ensure seamless, high-efficiency production from start to finish.
