The vertical mixer is engineered specifically for the production of soda crackers, cream crackers, two-stage fermented doughs, and other delicate dough types. It features a wheeled mixing tub that serves as both the container and transport unit for the dough. This tub is manually positioned beneath a triple gear unit, where it is securely locked in place before initiating the automated mixing cycle—ensuring both process efficiency and operator safety.
Designed for high-output operations, the mixer supports continuous production through the use of multiple interchangeable wheeled tubs, streamlining both pre- and post-fermentation stages. In facilities lacking an external ingredient loading station, the mixer can be customized with manual or automatic loading connections integrated into the cover. This model is available in batch capacities ranging from 750 kg to 1100 kg.
